Help on confusing ballot questions! What do you think?

is an issue I have been working on. (BTW, English is the official language in Kansas since 2007 K.S.A 73-2801) My effort is about helping voters
understand the legalese in ballot questions with a supplemental plain
language explainer. It is not a mandatory process but can be requested by the election officer when they believe it is necessary due to a confusing ballot question. Once requested, the process must produce the non-biased non-argumentative, non-leading, simple english ballot language statement to be posted at the poll sites, put up on election office websites, and
included with advance ballots. Thoughts?
