= $53,293. We had 34,331 teachers in 289 districts. Ave teaching
experience = 14 years. Ave. age = 43. Teacher to pupil ratio = 14.0.
In 2010, total expenditures = $5.589 billion, or $12,330 per student
per year. Ks had 481,467 students enrolled.
