Spending extra time today reflecting on Gov. Brownback's proposed school finance formula. Discussed it a little with some school officials this
morning. Later, attended the Pachyderm Club and listened to Speaker O'Neal talk about school funding background history and purpose of Brownback's new proposal. I will be writing more about this issue soon.
